Media Consumption Pyramid

Media Consumption Pyramid

Yesterday, Wired produced a guide to media consumption modeled after the old food pyramid. Today, the average American spends nine hours a day in front of some sort of screen. To put this in context, we spend more time in front of a screen then we do asleep which is 7.7 hours. Since we spend so much time in front of a screen, the editors at Wired put together a handy little media consumption guide. This will help us define what we should consume to keep our mind sharp. Frankly, I tend to think video games needs to be closer to the bottom.
