How to Get Links and Write a Song

links

One of the hardest things to do as an SEO is to get links to a clients website. There are many ways to get links that are frowned upon now. But, increasingly few places to get links that are actually worth something. One of the tactics we use at Digital Firefly Marketing is to create infographics and distribute them among. We typically share them on infographic sites such as visual.ly and on Pinterest boards. Using this method, we are able to get links from both visual.ly and Pinterest directly and get interest in our client’s infographic that can lead to indirect links where people link naturally. It’s all about creating decent content that people will want to share and link out to for a reference source. Last week, we used this tactic for one of our favorite clients Kid Billy Music headed by Billy Kirsch who is an award winning song writer.

The infographic we produced was call “How to write a song” and leveraged Billy’s experience as a songwriter.
